Where we deliver
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our courier partner, Steadfast.
Charges and delivery time

Delivery time starts after we confirm your order. It may take longer during holidays, bad weather or strikes. In every case we follow the delivery time limits of the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021.
Order processing
- We call or send an SMS to confirm your order.
- Confirmed orders are packed and handed to the courier within [1 working day].
- For prepaid orders (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank), we first check your transaction ID.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is with the courier, we send you the tracking details. You can also check your order on our Track Order page or ask us on WhatsApp.
Check before you pay
Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If the product is damaged, wrong or missing, do not accept it, or note the problem with the delivery person, and contact us the same day.
Cash on Delivery rules
- Pay the full amount (product price + delivery charge) to the delivery person in cash.
- Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
- We may ask for the delivery charge in advance for some areas or for customers with refused parcels in the past.
Failed or refused delivery
- If the courier cannot reach you after trying, the parcel comes back to us and we contact you to arrange delivery again. A new delivery charge may apply.
- If you refuse a parcel without a valid reason (such as a damaged or wrong item), you may need to pay the delivery charge before we accept future orders.
- If a prepaid order cannot be delivered, we refund you as described in our Return & Refund policy.
