Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe and make sure your information is correct. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

Product information

We show each product with its description, price, sizes, colours, fabric and photos. We try to make everything accurate, but colours may look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary a little. If a product is very different from its description, see our Return & Refund policy.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk). [Prices include VAT / Prices do not include VAT]. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices may change, but the price you see when you place an order is the price you pay.

Orders and confirmation

After you place an order, we confirm it by phone call or SMS. An order is accepted only after we confirm it. We may cancel an order if:

• the phone number or address is wrong or we cannot reach you;
• the order looks fake, suspicious or is placed to cause harm;
• the product is out of stock or there is a clear pricing mistake.

If you already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full (see Payment).

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer.

• For mobile wallet or bank payments, send the amount shown at checkout and enter your transaction ID. We check every payment manually before confirming the order.
• As the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 require, we only take advance payment for products that are in stock and ready to deliver.
• If we cannot deliver a prepaid order, we refund the full amount within [X] working days using the same payment method.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Charges, times and rules are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund policy.

Intellectual property

Our logo, designs, photos and text belong to Asking Fashion or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
